                                       CLASS & CROP POLICIES

We are so excited to be bringing events, classes, and crops to Scrapbook Superstore. We hope that in doing so we can build a fun community of people who enjoy all things creativity and paper crafting! To us, the best part of our store is interacting with our customers and “geeking” out together over techniques, products, pretty paper, etc!

In order to keep our events smooth we do have the following policies that we ask attendees to follow:

By registering and/or paying for an event, crop, or class you adhere to the following policies:

Because our events will be VERY limited seating, pre-registration is required.

All events must be paid in full at time of registration unless otherwise stated.

All classes/crops/events are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend you must give at least a 48 hour notice. If a 48 hour notice is given your fee will be either returned via store credit or can be put towards a future class or event. Giving notice gives us the ability to try and fill your spot. If no notice (or less than 48 hour notice) is given, no refund/store credit will be given. For classes, if you are unable to attend, but do not give a 48 hour notice you can pick up class supplies and take them home.

Classes and events will be cancelled if there are not enough attendees signed up. In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a
FULL REFUND.

For the consideration of other attendees, we do not permit any children 12 and under in classes, (unless a child specific class). Children over 13 are permitted to come to classes with an adult so long as they have proper registration and class/event fees have been paid for them. Teens 16 and over are allowed to attend classes as an adult participant.

At crops we welcome laptops/music players, but ask that you bring headphones to keep from disrupting those working around you. We also ask that cell phones be kept on vibrate or silenced during classes and events. If you do get a phone call we ask that you take it outside to keep from disrupting the class or those around you.

Food and drink are permitted, but you are responsible for the clean up of any spills/messes.

Each table will have a bin for paper scraps and small trash items. We ask that you please keep your area clean, and if using inks or adhesive to keep them on paper so they do not stain or mess with table/tablecloths.

We are not responsible for any personal items. We would like to think that the majority of our customers are trustworthy, but we ask that you keep your valuable personal items with you at all times. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. (Both of our stores are equipped with audio and video surveillance.)

Please place personal items, crop bags, etc under the table while working to keep aisles and walk ways clear.
